ABOUT US

The Deacon family has been here for almost 100 years at Boys Farm. We have grown from 28 cows in 1929 to now milking 430 dairy cows twice a day. 
 
The farm is run by Andrew and daughter Isabelle, who are second- and third-generation. 

 

In 2020, Andrew and Isabelle decided to change breeds from a traditional Holstein and bred Montbeliarde cattle which are a French breed known for high-quality butterfat and protein - which is what makes your milk and milkshakes so tasty.
